• “MMC” is the short form for Mickey and Minnie Clothing.
• “We/company” refers to the company Mickey and Minnie Clothing.
• “You/user” may refer to the person operating the website or the customer of MMC.
• “Product” refers to any goods or services sold by MMC.
• “Website” refers to mmceshop.comthat is owned by MMC.

1. There will be no refunds.
2. Taxes are not payable on reverse charge.
3. For any exchange, please revert within 7(seven) working days from the date of billing (All exchange on purchases made on website or at store will be done and collected from the store during the working hours). After 7(seven) days there will be no exchange or refund that will be entertained. Products will be eligible for exchange if they satisfy all the following conditions.
   1. There must be no wear and tear or damage of any sort.
   2. The product must not be washed or dry-cleaned.
   3. The product must not be stained or soiled.
   4. Tags of any sort must still be attached on to the product.
   5. Washing Instructions must be followed at all time.
   6. All parts of the product must be original and not edited.
   7. We will not be responsible for any medical issues that are caused due to the products.
   8. Damages caused during returning of the product for exchange.
   9. No exchange on customized products.
   10. Inner wear or undergarments will not be exchanged under any circumstances.
4. In case of partially or wrong deliver of product the user must report the same within 3(three) working days.
5. Washing instructions.
   1. T-shirts and jackets/sweatshirts must be hand washed.
   2. Blazers must only be dry-cleaned.
   3. Products must not be dried in direct sunlight.
   4. All tags/stickers must be removed before washing.
   5. Use of Chemicals while washing may cause damage to the product. Using whitening, smoothening, or stiffening products may damage products. We are not responsible for the same.
6. Guarantee/warranty on all products is for 30 days from the date of billing. We or any third parties do not provide any extension of guarantee or warranty on any products sold by us. In case of any third party extension, we will not be responsible for the claim.
   1. On leaking of colour.
   2. On shrinkage or expansion of any sort on the product.
   3. Opening of stiches.
7. Company will do its best on making all products available. In case of shortage of product, the company will not be responsible for any issues caused due to the same.
8. Using of the website or on purchasing of any products, you will be bound to all the Terms and conditions that have been mentioned above.
9. On usage of the website or purchase of any product the users certify that he/she are above the age of 18(eighteen) or are doing so under the consent of parents of any legal guardian.
10. Any use of the website and the information provided is at the user’s risk. We will not be liable in case of any misuse. 
11. On purchase of any products on the website, the user is obligated to complete the transaction. Failing to do so the company has all rights to cancel the order placed (despite the status of the order) by the user without any notice.
12. In case of wrong listing of any product or product price we have all the rights to cancel the order without prior notice. The amount paid against the order will be refunded in full.
13. In case of wrongful use of website we will not be liable for any claims.
14. In case of unauthorized use of website the user will be solely responsible for any criminal or civil charges. There will also be claims that will have to be met by the user solely.
15. The user agrees to provide all information to the best of his/her knowledge. The company reserves all rights to validate and confirm the information at any given point of time. On investigation if the details provided by the user is partially or completely wrong the company has the rights to refrain the user from using the website and services provided by the company without any due notice. Also, the company will not be responsible for any criminal or civil charges that may occur due to the same.
16. If the details entered by the user is wrong and causes any sort of misunderstanding or delivery issue the company has all rights to charge extra delivery fee or claim any loss incurred due to the same.
17. User must use payment modes that are owned by them (Credit card, Debit card, E Wallets and other modes of payment). In case of any fraud payments made we will not be liable for any claims or will not take responsibility of the fraud.
18. All prices that have been mentioned are in Indian Rupee unless specified.
19. All payment gateways take up to 48 hours to be completed or reflect into our system. We then would require a period of 1 – 7 working days (from the time of payment conformation) to dispatch the order. In some cases such as unavailability or customization of products the order will not be bound to the above given time restrictions.
20. We will not be responsible or liable for the delays caused in delivering the order due to natural calamities, war, fire, bandh, act of God or any other cause that is not in the control of the company.
21. Company’s liability to any claims is restricted only to the limit of the price of the product. If the company is not able to deliver the product the user is limited to claim only the amount that was paid for purchasing the product at the time of purchase.
22. The company has all the rights to decide the status of the order. In case of cancellation the user/customer agrees not to dispute on the decisions made by the company.
